1. How long will it take for my domain name to be active
on the Internet after it has been registered?
.com, .net and .org domain names registered through
Names Registrars may take up to 24 hours 48 hours,
which is normal Internet propagation time, until they
are accessible on the Internet.
2. I no longer want my .com, .net or .org domain name.
Will Names Registrars refund my money?
No, there are no refunds.
3. My credit card was declined or rejected during the
registeration process. How can I register my domain name?
In the event that you were unable to complete your registration
due to a declined or rejected credit card, please try to register
the domain name using a different credit card. or you can send
the fees by cheque demand draft telex tranfere or online transfare to
our current account the details shall be mailied after you signup
the form at Names Registrars and place your
order.
4. What do I do if I misspell my domain name during
the registration process?
We provide no refunds.
5. Once I pay for a domain name registration with
Names Registrars, do I need to pay anyone else?
Once you have paid for your domain name registration with
Names Registrars, you do not need to pay any additional
fees for the registration. The fee set by Names Registrars
covers registration with any of the registries that we offer
registration for.
In the event that you decide to contract Web Hosting or Email Services
for your domain name, there will be additional associated fees.
Each company that offers these services will have different pricing
structures and services.

6. Is there a Transfer of Ownership fee for a domain name
to have its ownership changed?
Yes. Please refer to the "Transfer NamesRegisterer" category.
7. If I pay by money order, do I send you the name
I want to get registered and you do the actual registering process?
How does this method work?
As soon as we get the money order, we will register the
domain name for you if it is avaliable.

1. Yes, you can. Just mail us the payment with the domain name you would like.
When we get the check cleared we will register the domain name and contact you immediately.

9. Do you accept money orders ?

10. When do I have to pay for my domain name?
Before your domain name becomes active, you must provide a credit card number.

from being tied up by persons not intending to pay for registration.
11. Will I still have to pay internic fees every year?
No, we would be the Registrar just like networksolutions.com, register.com, etc.
$12 per year is your registration fee!
12. Renewal fees
When any of the domain names that you have registered come up for
renewal, you will receive an e-mail notification one month prior to
the renewal date at the e-mail address you specified in your contact
information.

13. Refunds
Names Registrars maintains a NO REFUND policy due to the transaction
process being real-time.
14. Methods of Payment
Names Registrars accepts payment by credit card, demand drafts, cashiers
and/or personal or business cheques, wire transfer, or money order.
Credit cards accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Discover, EuroCard.
THE ONLY type of payment that you are able to use to REGISTER a domain
name using our automated registration engine is a credit card.
15. Canceling A Domain
Q: Your website says, "Domain registrations are" non-cancelable." Can
the domain name be canceled in future billing years?
A: Domain
registrations can be cancelled at the time of renewal. If you or a
customer chooses to cancel a name before the renewal period expires,
there is no refund issued.
To cancel a domain, at any time:
Simply FAX in signed authorization for the cancellation.
NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
